People in Tenbury will soon have more freedom to use their local library at a time to suit them.
Libraries Unlocked is a free membership upgrade that allows customers aged 15+ and local community groups to access the library outside staffed hours, from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
During Libraries Unlocked hours, anyone who has signed up for Libraries Unlocked membership can browse, borrow and return books, use a free computer or Wi-Fi, print or photocopy documents, study, hire meeting rooms, attend community events, and more!
It's ideal for a student looking for a quiet place to study, a parent needing flexible access to borrow books with the children, or someone juggling work and personal commitments, Libraries Unlocked makes it easier to use your library when it suits you.
From 18 August, staffed opening hours at Tenbury Library will be changing. To continue enjoying full access to library services, including use of the building during extended hours, customers will need to upgrade their membership by completing a short induction.
