Now in its second year following last year’s roaring success, the three-week event champions independent hospitality businesses and encourages the use of local produce.

Residents and visitors will be invited to explore ������Ƶ’s diverse food scene through exclusive discounts, themed set menus, and one-off dining experiences - all available with a free Golden Ticket.

Visit ������Ƶ is inviting local restaurants, cafés, pubs, and food venues to take part. Participating businesses will benefit from increased visibility, promotion through Visit ������Ƶ’s channels, and the opportunity to attract new diners with a stand-out offer.

Councillor Alan Amos, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Business and Skills at ������Ƶ County Council, said: “Taste ������Ƶ is a great way to support our local hospitality sector while giving people more reasons to enjoy what the county has to offer. I would encourage businesses to get involved with the event which promotes local produce, boosts footfall for independent businesses, and encourages both residents and visitors to explore ������Ƶ’s food scene.”

In previous years, participating ������Ƶ businesses saw increases in revenue and repeat customers, providing a welcome boost to the local economy in the run-up to the busy festive season.

It brought together the local food and drink community and introduced our business to new customers — many of whom have since become regulars. It’s had a lasting impact on our growth and visibility within ������Ƶ’s hospitality sector.”
